Our Purpose

Most people will NOT attend a 30 days residential program

Most people who have bad habits will keep those bad habits so the way to reach them is to make it easier for them to recover without the embarrassment of group sessions or the expense of a 1-6 month residential program. Even if you have tried those things you need real life tools to stay away for the bad habit you are trying to break

WHO NEEDS THIS?

Once you understand the brain reward system that keeps you wanting to go back to your crutch. Whether it is smoking drinking gambling drugs or some other crutch. You need 4 things actually 5 of you count desire, A reward based substitute for your dopamine reward system.

Brain reward stimulates your dopamine and serotonin receptors naturally as this is not a drug and not addictive

COACHING

What you need is a routine designed to help guide you to have a daily plan that discourages your desire.
Desire is something you made up ( believe it or not) 
As a result to change your desire you will need to change the story you have been telling yourself in order to get better.

Meet Everett

​I am a former addict recovering from addiction and I have not used substances in over 30 years. I have attended 3 residential recovery programs and had a very difficult time kicking my own habit years ago. In addition I have attended 12 step programs. Group sessions as well as the very effective 90 meetings in 90 days.

 

I have had one on one counseling and I took some graduate school classes on addiction but frankly was disappointed with the teacher as the instructors had knowledge from books but had never actually been addicts themselves. I could not relate to them. I also have done a lot of one on one coaching to help people get off their addictions and I worked at a hospital in Chicago in a volunteer basis while still working for Pfizer  and conducted a number of group aftercare sessions designed to help recovering addicts.

    We are here to help guide you in your road to sustainable bad habit relief We want to customize a program and help you stay on track .
  • Who needs this program?
    Anyone who can’t recover alone and needs some help. This does not have to replace your present recovery efforts but can add to your existing efforts. Also you may want the privacy of recovering without a residency program or the expense of residency or a hospital stays We do not accept insurance and do not report your recovery efforts to any other agencies. This is a personal and private decision you are making and we respect that.
  • Do I need to sign a contract ?
    No you can discontinue this program at anytime with no further obligation
  • How do I book a coaching session?
    You need to answer the 5 questions so that your coach can have some understanding of your needs and expectations ( the form is already attached to the booking process already ) The first ten minutes of the session will be used for introductions and then your time starts. You make your coaching request through the website and request 3 time periods that you are available for your first session. Afterward, you and your coach can schedule follow-up sessions
